Hey there, I'm Amani

That's me, on the right in the black. Holding the veil. With the thirty different things strapped to me.

I'm a Kentucky native, born and raised in Lexington, KY. I'm a Sag/Cancer/Libra, INFP and Enneagram 4. Certified crybaby and 21 questions expert.

In English, I have a lot of creative energy and feel deeply. Since doing photography all I can strive for is to present to you the most authentic version of your story. Shaped deeply by empathy and experience, all I want is to care, love and preserve the moments I've been allowed to be apart of.

I like to keep things easy and intentional. Life, in all of it's weird twists and turns have led us here so we'll live within moments that'll remind you of past, present and future. We'll have fun, we'll move and laugh and listen to music and enjoy.

When I'm not documenting precious memories, I'm a grade a hobby hoarder (aerialist-ing, dance, rock climbing, jujitsu, roller skating, baking, crafting, it goes on and on), wife and resident director of a geriatric beagle home (aka, mom to Jasper + Koda, both 14 and thriving). I love dreamy patches of light and community and good food.

Talking about myself is hard, but I hope this crash course is kinda helpful. Looking forward to telling your story.
